At Dizi Ranks, we strive to provide high-quality website development, digital marketing, and SEO services tailored to our clients’ needs. However, we understand that circumstances may require cancellations or refunds. Please read our policy carefully to understand your rights and obligations.
1. Cancellation Policy
- Clients may request a cancellation of services at any time by contacting our support team email at:- support@diziranks.com
- If the cancellation request is made before the commencement of work, a full refund may be applicable, subject to administrative fees.
- For ongoing services such as SEO and digital marketing, a cancellation request must be submitted at least 7 days before the next billing cycle to avoid future charges.
- If a project is canceled after work has begun, the refund eligibility will be determined based on the work completed up to that point.
2. Refund Policy
2.1 Website Development Services
- If a client cancels a website development project before work starts, a 100% refund will be provided, minus administrative fees.
- If the project is in progress, a partial refund may be granted based on the work completed.
- No refunds will be provided once the project has been delivered or approved by the client.
2.2 Digital Marketing & SEO Services
- Due to the nature of digital marketing and SEO, no refunds will be provided for completed services.
- If a client cancels before the service period begins, a full refund may be granted.
- For monthly subscription-based services, cancellation must be requested at least 7 days before renewal to prevent further charges.
2.3 Custom & Consultation Services
- Payments made for consultation and strategy sessions are non-refundable once the session has been conducted.
- Any prepaid consultation sessions that are canceled at least 48 hours in advance may be eligible for a partial refund or rescheduling.
3. Refund Processing
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days and will be credited back to the original payment method.
- Dizi Ranks is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment providers.
- Any disputes or chargebacks initiated without prior communication with our team may result in the forfeiture of any refunds.
4. Changes to Policy
Dizi Ranks reserves the right to modify this Cancellation and Refund Policy at any time. Clients will be notified of any major changes through our website or direct communication.
